AMANC

AMANC National Network is made up of organizations that address the problem of childhood and adolescent cancer from their local communities, replicating the name, commitment, guidelines, and work spirit of AMANC.

Each State AMANC establishes its own Board of Directors, made up of volunteers, to operate autonomously, that is, with its own financial resources, derived from the participation of individuals, organizations, and companies, to directly support patients in their state.

AMANC seeks to ensure that these local organizations have a regional impact with administrative efficiency, sufficient resources, technical capacity, professional performance, and a biopsychosocial approach, to improve the quality of life of minors and their families, ensuring that medical care is provided as close as possible to the patient's home to reduce financial costs, reduce emotional strain, and prevent treatment abandonment.

The State AMANCs also generate information on cancer, which serves to influence the National Health System, develop relevant research for prevention, detection, and timely care, and facilitate understanding of the scope and specificities of childhood cancer in Mexico.
